Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Refunds may take 1-2 days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment method used.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

At GrowPopularity, we stand by the quality of our products. All sales are final, and we only offer exchanges for purchases under certain conditions.

Manufacturing Defects

If you encounter a product with manufacturing defects, kindly inform us promptly. Please email us at support@growpopularity.com within 24 hours of receiving the item, specifying the issue. We will replace the faulty item with a similar product.

Logistics Cost

The logistics cost and arrangement for returning the defective item or exchange to our facility will be the customer's responsibility. In appreciation of your cooperation, we will reimburse the logistics cost. The reimbursement will be processed via your preferred payment gateway within 10 days of receiving the defective item.
