Orders are shipped out directly from any of our warehouses, and we will do everything we can to get your order to you as fast as possible! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 3–6 days for your order to arrive.
YES, you will receive an AWB number (within 1-2 days) once you place an order. If you face issues tracking your order, feel free to call or WhatsApp us at 1800-1100-1100.
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and is on a bit of a backorder, we may ship your items in different packages at different times to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck, sent back, or lost during the delivery process, we sincerely apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible.
